“Unit 4F Pros: Nice place, landlord and handyman are responsive, some bugs but a normal amount like I saw maybe 1 cockroach every month Cons: The tenant on the first floor stinks up the stairwell and has dogs that bark. Apparently they tried to evict him but it didn’t work?? Idk how that works”
