“Pros: Neighbors are nice, location. Cons: I’ve lived in New York my entire life and these are the hottest hallways I’ve ever experienced, they could at a minimum use a fan. Walls are thin, can hear sex from 1C all the way up on the fourth floor. Overpriced for outdated kitchen/bathroom. Also the trash out front is embarrassing, there are always men loitering on the stoop at night. I’m Advice to landlord: Nothing, I left.”

“Pros: I like the location and the studio layout Cons: Roaches, mice, paper thin walls. No way to submit work orders with a paper trail as you can only call. Advice to landlord: Take better care of your overpriced rental units.”

Cons: - Brusco group is unprofessional. - terrible communicators. - horrible property managers. - require mailing rent check with stub. - zero follow up or accountability!! - disrespectful AF!! Advice to landlord: Do something else. Treat tenants with respect.”
