“Pros: Pretty building, updated, great doormen, porters & super. Prompt attention is paid to just about any issue I have had. They all care. My dogs are happy even when it is time to go home from the park. The location is awesome. Subway is 1/2 block away and I can walk 2 blocks to the express trains to all of NYC. Garage in building is so convenient as well when I have a car. Cons: The women above me that walks around in high heels all day long. Hahaha. Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work.”
