“Pros: Small building so neighbors are mostly friendly and know each other. Neighhorhood is great. Cons: Building management has started to accept tenants through discount government rehab program and they are junkies, bringing in police activity, the building is deteriorating quickly from the tenants to the upkeep. Lazy super doesn't maintain or fix the building. Advice to landlord: Invest in the upkeep of the building from the lobby, floors, painting, stairways, and discontinue bringing in government discounted rehab tenants who are using units for drug use/dealing.”

Heat system is loud but ineffective. Super is very difficult to reach. When you reach him, he'll come in a timely manner for the most part. But that's only sometimes. Management company is impossible and drags their feet over everything Advice to landlord: Please be more responsive and work with your tenants so they can have the amenities they were promised (and are paying for!) It is in everyone's best interest for us to enjoy living here”
