“Pros: None? With the bedbugs, there are no “pros.” Cons: Massive undisclosed bedbug infestation. Landlord violated the law when I moved in by not informing me of an infestation within the last year. Infestation in my apartment was active pretty much the day I moved in. Landlord took minimal action with exterminator for the next year that was ultimately unsuccessful. Had to move. Ended up out thousands of dollars from having to throw out so much property and move again so soon. Advice to landlord: Actually treat the problem.”
