“Pros: The super is amazing! Cons: No elevator and they take forever to fix windows Advice to landlord: You have a great super that old man keeps that building clean!”

“Pros: Common areas kept clean. The building super responds and visits usually the same day if there’s a problem. Many food options around! Cons: Once or twice a year leak issues in my unit from above. Can be noisy during spring/summer from loud music outside. Advice to landlord: Try to permanently fix leak issues.”
