“Pros: Nice big room and it is very fitting for me. The assistant to the landlord is very nice and is very kind to me. Cons: Other tenants aren’t as considerate as I thought they would be. Can be very loud at times. Landlord tends to be understanding at times but not always. Rent it overpriced at $250 a week (without WiFi, wiFi is $5 extra and $255 a week) and down payment is ridiculously high (almost $2000). You aren’t necessarily paying rent, you’re paying the landlord’s mortgage. Advice to landlord: Lower the rent per week”
