“Unit 3 Pros: This building is so well maintained and so clean. I've lived here about 3 years, and we have seen a roach like once or twice, had a mouse like once or twice. When we put in a ticket for the landlord to send an exterminator or fix something it's like BAM done. The management is so responsive. They raise the rent every year, but it's only been raised max $30 per person over the past three leases I've signed here. I've been around the block with renting in NYC, and this is legit the best management I have ever had. Cons: The heat gets really expensive in the winter. Like reallyyyyy expensive. There are a ton of windows in our unit, so it doesn't really help the heat stay in. Advice to landlord: Honestly, you do a great job! Super happy here.”

“Unit 2 Pros: There are no pros about this building other than leaving it. Cons: Trash management, the management company, unresponsive intercom, scalding hot water, broken window, mold, no security for tenants, noise level, inconsistent heat, Advice to landlord: Learn how to actually take care of a building.”

“Pros: Nice neighbors..that's about it. Cons: There were a series of thefts in the building. The landlord did nothing to follow up. Didn't change locks, or even change the code to the keypad. Just did not care. Advice to landlord: Please give your tenants basic care and respect.”
