“Pros: Rent stabilized, updated bathroom/ kitchen, landlord really let us do whatever we wanted in terms of updates or little changes , landlord is very responsive, the super is the nicest guy EVER Cons: Roaches (you can manager this if you work with the pest control people/ keep your space clean) Mice (We properly sealed up all cracks and holes with steel wool and cocking and managed to take care of this issue)”
