“Pros: Kind super, good trash management, generally clean. Not noisy, safe. Cons: Very over heated. Lots of things that could be fixed up around the building, although they are usable. Repairs (leaks, cracks, tiles) will be made cheaply. Building management also has a very corporate attitude and not the warmest. Advice to landlord: put a bit more money into repairs and understand that your renters are people!”
