“Unit 4L Pros: Building is fine--clean, neighbors are quiet and nice, it's not crumbling beneath our feet. Overall I would say living here was a 3/10 on the scale of apartment terribleness where 0 is "vaguely annoying" and 10 is "my landlord committed crimes against humanity upon me and my family" Cons: Jack Garber the contact from management is my mortal enemy. It takes crawling on your knees 100 miles through the desert to get in contact with him and then it will be approx. 8 business weeks before anything happens. Advice to landlord: Get better management dear lord”
