“Unit 4 Pros: prime west village Cons: MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. Any issues we've had get pushed off until you reach out multiple times about the same issue. Very small apartments”

“Pros: Lived on the 6th floor and it came with a private rooftop so we had good views and only one neighbor next to us. Cons: Everything was crooked, and we moved out because our neighbors downstairs chain smoked and it would be so bad our eyes would water. Even in the winter we would open all the windows and it was cold but we couldn’t get the smoke smell out. We moved as soon as we could because the neighbor and landlord wouldn’t do anything about it. Also the marble stairs were a hazard. The garbage was stored in a closet. So gross.”
