“Unit 3A Pros: Decent building, laundry in basement, management is responsive, no major issues with neighbors, units are average size for the area, roof access, Cons: Loud during rush hour because it’s off a bus route (every body’s honking), hot water for showers runs out quickly during the winter, fridge is small for 4 people to share”

“Unit 4A Pros: The company largely left us alone, especially when we built a garden on the roof. Cons: The building is poorly insulated. If you life feeling warm during the winter, this apartment is not for you. If you enjoy having your problems fixed/ attended to this place is not for you. For the first month we did not have a working stove top. For the entire winter, our rooms were so poorly insulated that we did not use our heat, instead needed to use warm underwear and a space heater which I had to leave on all night (huge safety concern). Advice to landlord: Begin responding to concerns your tenants have, particularly those involving their health.”
