If you life feeling warm during the winter, this apartment is not for you. If you enjoy having your problems fixed/ attended to this place is not for you. For the first month we did not have a working stove top. For the entire winter, our rooms were so poorly insulated that we did not use our heat, instead needed to use warm underwear and a space heater which I had to leave on all night (huge safety concern). Advice to landlord: Begin responding to concerns your tenants have, particularly those involving their health.”
