“Unit A1 Pros: Neighbors aren't overly loud, though sometimes I hear them when I'm in the lobby. Closeness to the B/Q trains is amazing, and I love there being cafe's, grocery stores (expensive but convenient), and laundry nearby. You are allowed to paint the apartment if you paint it back at move out. Pet friendly. Good price for the area. Cons: No laundry in building. Sometimes maintenance takes a bit to get back to us. Pest control doesn't seem to be on a schedule and they will not reach out to spray your apartment. You will only get pest control if you happen to bump into them. The buttons to buzz in are unlabeled and the key fob to get in doesn't work when it rains, if you know the code to get in its okay. Advice to landlord: I wish maintenance would respond to issues quicker, and that pest control would reach out to us when in the area so we could let them in”

“Pros: Used this site for my new apt and so wanted to write here to help others - I lived here and have dogs. I like the convenience to trains and had a spacious 1 bedroom. Laundry is just a block over and so is the supermarket Friendly neighbors and overall good experience with no issues . Payments online are easy Goodluck ! Cons: Hallway can use a paint but looks like they’ll be doing that soon”

“Pros: Close to subway Cons: Video intercom frequently breaks, key fob to enter building frequently doesn't work, door panel to buzz in has never been labeled even after multiple requests, only received mailbox key after first 6 months of requests, trash always piles up outside building and therefore huge rats are a huge problem, took almost a year to be able to schedule exterminator services to address pest issues, living room ceiling was leaking for a whole year before it was properly addressed, management has showed up unannounced and barged into our unit without permission!! Packages have gone missing in the lobby Advice to landlord: Read cons and reflect”
