“Pros: Good people, good mgmt Cons: Can get loud and they took away roof access”

“Pros: Clean, well maintained, and great location Cons: This apartment can be noisy since there are so many bars and it is a busy area. There were mice in the basement trash room for many months. By far the largest issue is they withheld our security deposit unlawfully. Watch your back! Advice to landlord: Give people back their security deposit!!! Especially when the court tells you to!”

“Pros: This building has great units for large groups and is in an incredible location Cons: The management is completely unresponsive. You will never be able to contact anyone directly in case of an emergency and instead are consistently rooted through an answering service and online filing.”

Just respond to maintenance requests that is your responsibility”
