“Pros: Building is in great condition The cleaning service, maintenance service, and the outsourced services are really great and fast. Cons: When there were big issues with the building (ex. security) you couldn't really connect with anyone who worked in management. There was a homeless man living in the trash room for a couple months. No live-in super Advice to landlord: Need to upgrade security”

“Pros: Updated appliances and exposed brick. Management team is generally helpful. Cons: Lack of security - homeless person lived in the building for months and landlord did nothing about it. Trash is left in the hallways that isn’t handled”

“Pros: building is well maintained and finishes are great. bang for your buck is pretty good too along with location Cons: exposed brick is flaking everywhere. impossible to talk with management without submitting maintenance ticket. in basement units the entrance is completely different so delivery drivers are always unable to find your unit. also there are roaches all over trash room that will sometimes find their way into the unit. my basement unit also had a small ant issue near the window during the summers”

“Pros: Quiet, somewhat clean, large space. Cons: Management impossible to contact. Heat is a massive issue.”

“Pros: Modern amenities, very quiet street Cons: Smaller space, garbage disposal area is difficult to access (you have to go down rickety steps in the outside alley, can be dangerous in the winter and during bad weather). Advice to landlord: Please renovate the garbage disposal area/steps.”

“Pros: Relatively clean and quiet, never had issues with pests. The super was responsive. Cons: Issues with people breaking in and stealing packages/sleeping on the floor. The management was very difficult to reach when there was a problem.”
