“Unit 4F Pros: It was on the cheaper side for HK Cons: -The Owner is an old man that is very rude, intrusive, and screams at tenants over their concerns. -The building has a major mice issue. -There is a major homeless problem where intruders keep breaking into the building -The building has an old heating system that gives you zero control of the temperature -**While it may seem nice to live right next to a Target, they get their deliveries at night and the large trucks are extremely loud at all hours of the late night!** Advice to landlord: Horrible Apt Building”
