“Pros: neighbors are very respectful. 24hr doorman, wonderful super, have never seen a pest after living here for 6 years Cons: kitchen needs updating with nice cabinetry, wish the gym would consistently have sanitizing wipes available. Advice to landlord: make sure the gym is well stocked with wipes”
