There was a time they were working on gas pipes or something outside and didnt give us any notice of it. The work gave me such a headache with the noise and the fumes. Also the super is not very responsive and doesn’t speak very good English. It’s difficult to communicate. Advice to landlord: Upgrade yoself!”
