“Pros: Very spacious. Tons of natural light. Everyone is friendly. Not a lot of neighbors. Landlord is great and responds quickly. Super close to multiple transportation lines. Great for families and folks looking for a quiet area. Cons: The basement where the trash collection lives is always dirty. Once came down and it was flooded. Advice to landlord: Keep up great work”
