“Pros: Location is great, elevator is nice, business downstairs is nice Cons: Lobby poorly maintained, smells bad often, trash overflowing, saw occasional pests but management responsive”

“Pros: I guess the location if that’s your type of area Cons: Terrible unresponsive management, rude and deceptive. Regularly went without heat and hot water or any water at all. Gas was turned off for about 6 months.”

“Pros: Really enjoyed living here for 2 year. Management was friendly and nice to me. Owner installed laundry while I lived here. Loved the location Cons: Not the biggest elevator Advice to landlord: Would of liked roof access especially during covid”

“Pros: There were no rats or roaches The building has an elevator Cons: The landlord or leasing company (John) sucks The super is extremely unresponsive (carlito) It was pretty trashy but it was under market so I guess that’s a given Advice to landlord: Maybe just respect your tenants a little more”
