“Pros: Close to transportation and stores Cons: Front of building is dirty. Although pigeons live in front of the building it is never hosed down. The windows are extremely dirty because they have never been cleaned on the outside. Advice to landlord: Cleaning the outside of the premises is just as important as the inside.”
