“Pros: APARTMENTS ARE ON THE LARGER SIZE Cons: THE SIDEWALK SHED HAS BEEN UP FOR OVER A DECADE. THE WATER TANK IS FALLING APART ON THE ROOF AND OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS. THE FACADE IS FALLING APART. THERE IS A LARGE GARBAGE CONTAINER ON 88TH AND WEST END THAT THE BUILDING HAS KEPT THERE FOR YEARS. THIS BUILDING HAS TOTAL NEGLECT Advice to landlord: SEE ABOVE. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!!!!”

Please check to see if your apartment is stabilized before moving in and paying these outrages prices as this landlord has definitely illegally destabilized apartments Advice to landlord: You’re not as smart as you think you are”
