“Pros: Close to the train Cons: The landlord is super cheap and doesn't fix things on time at all. The walls are very thin. The neighbors are not polite and are loud.”

“Pros: It was close to the cemetery. Cons: Incredibly noisy- super thin walls. Landlord does nothing to help and is rude. Rent went up and up. Advice to landlord: Empathy. Be a decent, friendly person.”
