“Pros: Responsive, personable, amicable staff. Good responses to routine breakdowns. Cons: Corporate ownership creates bureaucracy that can slow maintenance responses down. Senior, rude, old time tenants feel they own the building. Advice to landlord: Adequately compensate your first-response staff. Everyone from mailroom, concierge, maintenance, and management really make an effort for tenants.”

— 300 E 56TH ST · Manhattan“The management doesn't respond to tenant issues. First and foremost is hallway conditions and neighbor noise. The resident in 22H has rager parties 3-4x a week and doormen don't care to control access even though dozens of people are occupying the 1 bedroom and the music and drug smell are extremely pollutive. Complaints to security, the doormen, management go no where. It's a college dorm at The Bristol without adult supervision.”
