“Pros: Location and close to the train Cons: Needs improvement with Cleanliness and Pest control. The Landlord is never available to speak on the phone. You have to call every week to try to even get a response. Usually I get a response when I leave a 311 Complaint. The issues take years to fix. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to your tenants. Try to take care of property with more care.”
