“Unit 5A Pros: If you're on the south side of the building, the light is incredible Cons: If you're on the south side of the building, the noise is horrible The trash all goes in the central air shaft and it can get super gross down there I dealt with village dwellings and they were patronizing POSs”

“Pros: Nice apartments with great layouts at a decent price for the area. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher. Close to subway. Cons: Exterminator is unreliable and bugs and mice appear frequently. Trash area not well managed. Gas has been out since August. Advice to landlord: Super needs to be more responsive, exterminator needs to be more reliable, trash area should be better managed.”

“Pros: Pretty responsive super, generally well maintained building, no significant issues during year of tenancy Cons: Rats in the garbage area, hot water a bit spotty Advice to landlord: None”

“Pros: The walls were thick, so never heard any noise from neighbors (adjacent or upstairs), appliances worked well, the hallways were usually sufficiently clean. Cons: Very unpleasant building manager, the super was alright but could be unpleasant at times as well, rodent problem in garbage disposal area, problems with hot water, problems with windows. Advice to landlord: The garbage disposal area needs better maintenance, hot water problems needed to be addressed, and while some people in the management office were alright the head of the office was very rude and often unresponsive.”
