“Pros: Elevator. Friendly neighbors. Clean. Cons: Management is VERY difficult to connect with and unresponsive. When repairs are needed it takes a very long time, such as new mailboxes, elevator, or boiler. Advice to landlord: Have more integrity and communication with your tenants.”

“Pros: Close to 1 train Cons: Horrible roach infestations, constant leaks in bathroom (ceiling caved in multiple times). Either silence or pitiful response from building management, could take weeks to even get ahold of them. They typically only responded once a 311 complaint was filed and then sometimes not even the . The super was completely incompetent. Do not move here Advice to landlord: Actually address the problems in the building. Have a better system to let tenants get ahold of you.”
