“Pros: No pros at all . Cons: Garbage bags all over the back stairs. Mice & rat issues . Building smells like old dirty diapers”

“Pros: It’s really close to the subway, literally a fee ft away. Accesible. Rent stabilized. Cons: Tough situation with Smells and Cockroach problem. In general bad management of trash and cleanliness. Security is also low, we went on vacation and came back to a forced door. They weren’t able to open it but it doesn’t make you feel safer. Advice to landlord: Upgrade security by giving each tenant their own entry code. Do not allow homeless to stay inside building. Get a cleaning service to actually clean the common areas. Invest in building painting and appearance.”
