“Pros: loved the space and original details in our place. mgmt was fairly responsive to things. Cons: occasional pest issues. tried to raise our rent quite a bit on renewal which we negotiated down. this was before the passage of hstpa and we were on a preferential rent so shouldn’t be an issue anymore.”
