“Pros: Doormen were so friendly, views were good, nicely renovated Cons: Super loud because it’s next to a heavy traffic intersection, hard to get the right temperature for heat in the winter, elevator was broken for 1 month without fix”

“Pros: Very nice doormen, very responsive management. Had an issue w/ dryer, reported and was fixed next day while I was at work. Cons: Corporate and short term leases”

“Pros: Centric Several units Fast elevator Cons: Can get noisy (thin windows) Doorman keeps changing. Some of them are not super friendly Advice to landlord: It would be great if you could change the windows and put double glass to isolate the noise from the street”
