“Pros: Location is amazing and doormen are great Cons: The building doesn't care about issues they allowed me to live in stench of a dead man (my neighbor) without concern and it was unlivable I had to leave many times the smell was so bad, the 'laundry room' is a joke and they don't replace things, the heat never properly runs i have to take measures and email them regularly. Advice to landlord: If you just take care of the building and tenants people will pay your high prices and more”

“Pros: SOME nice doormen Clean building Cons: Heating sounded insane, disrupted sleep Sometimes felt like living in a dorm - micromanaged and weird relationship among some of the doormen”

“Unit 3N Pros: Doormen, elevator, good location, decent size apartments Cons: Heat doesn't always get warm enough in winter, loud facing 23rd st, sometimes laundry machines break”

“Pros: Clean and renovated building. Nothing feels outdated. Cons: Walls seem very thin. Can easily hear next door neighbors tv and upstairs neighbors footsteps.”

“Pros: The doormen are awesome, the location is fantastic, and in general the building is pretty well maintained and safe. Cons: There was a massive leak on the K line and my ceiling collapsed. Management was really unhelpful and unresponsive and because of miscommunication I didn't have a place to stay that night. It also took a long time to repair/inspect for mold. Advice to landlord: Take complaints seriously so they don't get worse!”

“Unit 5j Pros: well managed and maintained building central air dishwasher garbage chute Cons: only complaint is that neighbors can be really touchy about even the slightest noise. when i would get up in the morning and leave for work, i would get noise complaints from my shoe noise… Advice to landlord: well maintained property, genuinely loved my time in the building and am bummed the rent was raised so i had to move”

“Unit 1K Pros: It is a very clean and modern new building. The apartments are new and many have washer and dryer in unit. Cons: There is a doorman, but they don't call you when guests are there they just let them in.”

“Pros: Updated apartments Kind staff Laundry in building Cons: MICE EVERYWHERE!!!!! Unsuccessful pest removal Near a shelter - unsafe feeling at night Advice to landlord: Do a better job at managing pests and investing in your property's cleanliness. I have had mice on multiple occasions the 2 years I've lived here and it's disgusting.”

“Pros: Gut renovated, spacious, and easy access to transportation. Really nice doormen Cons: Not much to dislike!”

“Pros: Very central. Most units have been renewed and include full amenities including dishwasher and laundry in unit. Doormen are very nice Cons: Work across the street (on a school) has been constant for 2 years and will continue, from 6am to 11pm on most days. Units are super small and largely overpriced. Management was horrible, only cared about your money. Some small progress being made but I’d still avoid renting here. Advice to landlord: Reduce rents, tenants are robbed. Be more reactive, it takes too long to get an answer to emails. Be more considerate and human, tenants are not only bank account numbers”
