“Pros: Beautiful scenery and ideal location. Cons: Unsafe feeling, unknown people coming and going all hours of the night, garbage thrown out windows, people spit in the elevator Advice to landlord: Stop being greedy and taking in anyone. I was screened when I signed my lease.”

“Pros: They invest in their gardening Cons: -so so many roaches - old amenities which if you’re an old tenant they do not care if your apartment is falling apart - floors always dirty - broken entrance door Advice to landlord: Cost of living went up for everyone, but if you’d like tenants to stay and actually pay please consider exterminating. Also, everything in the building is so dirty.”

“Pros: My Apt is newly renovated. Cons: No insulation between apartments. Can hear every step of upstairs neighbor. Very disturbing. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive via email. Don’t be lazy when renovating. Cleaning should happen more often (DAILY). Why am I seeing the same litter , smudges or dust for several days straight?”
