“Pros: Unbeatable location in Brooklyn. Access to 9 different lines via Atlantic. Close to Barclays. Easy walk to the park. Close to many food spots. Cons: During the summer, we definitely had a slight roach issue that management did not give af about. Neighbors are an interesting mix. One way street makes certain things difficult. Heat is so irregular during winter.”

— 427 DEAN STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: There is maintenance/management available most of the time. They respond quickly. Pest control came every week if you needed it. Garbage was outside and was kept organized. Cons: Apartment was loud at night. My packages got stolen a lot when i lived there. Some units had laundry and others didn't.”
— 427 DEAN STREET · Brooklyn“Unit 7 Pros: Great neighbors, no noise complaints. Nice clean style in our apartment. Close to lots of useful subway lines, quick route to Manhattan. Washer/dryer in-unit. Cons: Since the new managers have taken over (summer 2023), they've been much less responsive and currently don't take accountability for their mistakes. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and come when you say you'll come!”
