“Pros: They are responsive but things get bandaged, not fixed. Lots of natural lighting. Monthly exterminator visit. Cons: Plumbing issues. Leaking throughout entire building when there's a heavy rain. Does not invest in long term solutions. Garbage piles up more than any other apartment on the block. Advice to landlord: Plumbing and mold check ASAP.”
