“Pros: Close to L Train, close to schools, great food options Cons: Super was unresponsive or would sometimes completely ignore you. Would only respond to you if you got management directly involved. Neighbors got loud on weekends, and had a bad roach problem during the summer. Sound carried a lot throughout the halls and could hear people sneezing or yelling from the inside of your apartment. Advice to landlord: The super needs to be more responsive. It's really difficult to get a hold of him in emergencies, sometimes wouldn't even be in the city.”
