“Unit 2F Pros: Great location, good size apartment, no rodents or bugs Cons: all of the stairs are on the verge of collapsing and have not been fixed after being continuously asked. landlord is nightmare to deal with and tries to gaslight you into thinking hes right. apartment was filthy upon move in.”

“Unit 2 Pros: A great amount of space and an easy walkup. Great location as well. A closet for storage and a full-sized kitchen. The space was great for entertaining. Cons: A TERRIBLE MOUSE PROBLEM. we had around 20 mice in the span of a 12-month lease. We spent thousands of dollars on exterminators and tried hundreds of different methods of getting them out. We eventually had to just surround our rooms with traps so that we could sleep through the night without mice crawling on our beds. It was awful and we moved out as soon as we possibly could without losing a lot of money. A lot of homeless people sleep on the stoop as well, but they were all nice, just a bit alarming. Two construction sites right next door. One of the rooms is barely a room, it has no windows. By the end of living there we were drained and all of us were so so depressed.”
