“Pros: Location is great, Clean, awesome maintenance guy Cons: No gas service for 5+ months, changing gas to electric stove without telling tenants, major construction without any notification, zero communication from property management about issues, tried to enter my apartment for 3+ hours of construction with no prior notice, heat constantly goes out, front door has issues that leave building with out locks Advice to landlord: Get a better management company and communicate much better”
