“Unit 4A Pros: The apartments are nice inside. Cons: The super takes forever to respond to issues, the windows are so thin that you can hear full conversations on the street, there has been a construction demolition truck outside for 1.5 out of the 2 years of my lease which smashes garbage from 6am-11pm every day, the management company is never helpful, the trash bags they use are poisonous to animals and the fumes from them fill the hallway, did u mention the NOISE…. Advice to landlord: Get some soundproof windows and better people to work for you.”
