“Unit 4A Pros: The apartments are nice inside. Cons: The super takes forever to respond to issues, the windows are so thin that you can hear full conversations on the street, there has been a construction demolition truck outside for 1.5 out of the 2 years of my lease which smashes garbage from 6am-11pm every day, the management company is never helpful, the trash bags they use are poisonous to animals and the fumes from them fill the hallway, did u mention the NOISE…. Advice to landlord: Get some soundproof windows and better people to work for you.”

“Pros: The live in super is awesome and I really like my neighbors. The building has new renovations that are great. Cons: The laundry room needs improvement.”

“Unit 3 Pros: Garbage is right outside of the apartment in the hallway, so you can throw out trash whenever. Cons: Poor pest control, too many cockroaches, overall not clean. Advice to landlord: Find better exterminators/building maintenance”
