“Pros: The building was well kept overall and in a great location. Cons: The windows were dirty and management refused to clean them. We had a mouse problem because other tenants refused to close the door to the garbage. Neighbors were extremely loud and disrespectful and left trash all over the roof. Advice to landlord: Consider updating the heating system. It was WAY too hot in the winter, so much so that we had to keep the windows open, and then it was hard to sleep.”
