“Pros: Management was very responsive, and polite. Cons: The street is very loud on summer nights. It's also a very old building, so the windows weren't that tight in the frames. This was an issue for safety and temperature. Advice to landlord: The windows need repairing. Also the apartment was filthy when I moved in.”

“Pros: water pressure, neighbors, cleanliness Cons: There was a leak which was a bit of a pain to fix. Advice to landlord: Keep being great.”

“Pros: Management was usually very responsive, and Aneudy (our super) was helpful and dealt with issues quickly. The building is very close to the 1 train and also relatively close to the C as well. Few to no pest issues (a roach here and there, to be expected in Manhattan.) Cons: This building wasn’t great but wasn’t bad. Our main issue was with neighborhood and neighbor noise. Neighbors played loud music at all hours and there was little we could do about it. The neighborhood is also loud on the weekends. Advice to landlord: Although noise isn’t something you can manage all the time, a notice about quiet hours posted to tenants would be appreciated.”
