“Unit 18 Pros: Building is quiet, lots of very long term tenants. Cons: Have had some bug and mouse issues, but nothing super out of the ordinary”
— 530 EAST 13 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great location, very responsive management for issues and repairs. Plenty to do in the area, Trader Joe's and Target just a block up, and very close to the L train. Not very spacious, but if you're looking for something while you're in college/don't need much space, this gets the job done. Cons: The rooms get very hot in the warmer months because there's no A/C, and the walls are quite thin. There's not enough room for a table in the kitchen, but that's Manhattan apartments in general.”
