“Pros: The building is located in a great street, very quiet and calm. The super and the cleaning team do a good job. Neighbors are usually very friendly. Cons: Management is poor, any delivery service will leave your packages in the lobby where a tenant steals them, your package can be delivered at less than 10 minutes later it will be stolen, management won't do anything about it. Advice to landlord: Create an area where delivery services can drop off packages and be safely stored.”
