“Pros: Cleaned floors weekly and took out trash in timely manner. Cons: Unresponsive management team. Weak water pressure. Pests encountered but slow to respond by landlord. Central heat means it gets sweltering in the winter.”

“Pros: The outdoor trash setup was pretty convenient. Cons: Constant rodent problem in two years living there. The heat was non-adjustable and incredibly high, I ran my AC nonstop through the fall and winter. There was a mold-like discoloration on exposed brick management had no interest investigating. Advice to landlord: Invest in adjustable radiator valves. Get a better intercom system. Consider fumigation, the rodent problem could get pretty ridiculous”
