“Pros: Rent stabilized, great neighbors, amazing neighborhood, nearby subway Cons: Not clean, things not fixed properly, everything gets plastered over, have to chase management for repairs. Super is sloppy Advice to landlord: Pay attention to what’s happening in the building and how the leaks are all being plastered so ceilings fall in. You’re not addressing the issue just plastering decades of leaks weakening the infrastructure . It could be such a nice building.”
