“Pros: Love the building - thick walls, well maintained, great sun for south facing units, no complaints! Cons: Neighboring buildings aren't the best maintained”

“Pros: Gym is amazing. People are very friendly. Lots of space in these units. Cons: Street is very noisy. Units don't have much sound insulation from the street. Advice to landlord: Improve sound insulation.”
