“Pros: kind neighbors in a quiet area, management takes a second but is super kind once they get involved Cons: walls are paper thin”

“Pros: The place is pretty clean and a decent location. Cons: If you have any issues at all it can take up to two years to resolve. The management of these buildings is the worst thing I have ever seen. You won’t get anything fixed unless you call 311. Advice to landlord: Hire better managers.”
