“Pros: Quiet building with great neighbors. Units are recently renovated and landord is responsive to needs. Also monthly pest control comes to building which is great. Cons: The building is great just not much to do in the area.”

“Pros: They created a locked package room to prevent theft. I’ve never seen any pest, insects, etc. inside the building. Cons: Walls internally could be repainted to give the building a refreshed look.”
