“Pros: UES Location, modern kitchen and bath. Cons: Unresponsive management (the only point of contact provided is an offshore helpdesk, actual management takes forever to respond), lack of pest control. Extremely noisy and rat-infested block. Lots of hot water issues and stairwells not kept clean.”

“Pros: Really responsive super Cons: The street itself is really beautiful and tree lined but there are a ton of rats all up and down the sidewalks. Thankfully none ever in the building.”
