Cons: The building management SUCKS. the heat does not work in the dead of winter, the intercom was broken for several months, and our electricity stops working every now and then. If something is broken (ex. shower is clogged), expect to wait at least 6 weeks for it to be fixed. Advice to landlord: Please hire competent building management! it will make a world of a difference !”
